HP 2000C smart chip refill fix!
A fix for the smart chip problem on HP2000C style printers. The fix is not in the ink carts,.. but in the printer. If you remove the right side panel and look at the front of the printer under the ink cart holder, you will see four plastic levers that move according to the ink level reading from the chips. On the levers are plastic tabs that move between a set of four sensors,.. one for each color. All you have to do is place a small piece of paper between the sensor nodes where the plastic tab moves. This will allow the printer to print with refilled carts that read as empty. For 2003,.. set the year back to 1997 to have the same Month/Day dates
